ADR 0007: Synchronized Data Structures

Decision

The planned synchronized structures are db, kv, pipe, document, pubsub, cas, and ssh-proxy.

Consequences

Each module can progress independently while sharing resource registration, capability checks, daemon-owned Iroh endpoint access, and local metadata.
